"MÁQUINA PARA A SEPARAÇÃO DE UM EMBUTIDO CONTÍNUO EM SALSICHAS INDIVIDUAIS", a qual compreende um tambor rotativo (8), provido de uma sucessão circunferencial de peças de aperto e corte (10, 11 e 19) dispostas segundo a geratriz do referido tambor rotativo (8), sendo os órgãos de aperto constituídos por pares de pinças macho-fêmea (10 e 11) solicitados em translação relativa entre uma posição de abertura e uma posição de fechamento e parcial penetração das mesmas; sendo que, as referidas peças de corte (19) são constituídas por facas deslizantes, normalmente alojadas em correspondentes cavidades (23) de uma das referidas pinças (10 e 11) e comendáveis para sair da mesma para o corte do embutido, quanto as referidas pinças (10 e 11), se encontram em posição de fechamento.
