Como seja a própria denominação, compreendida por uma espátula dotada de três lâminas (4), (6) e (7) retangulares e sobrepostas, onde a lâmina (4) superior é imóvel, sendo fixada como as demais a uma haste (3) solidária ao cabo (1), porém, sendo as lâminas (6) e (7) fixadas individualmente às abas de um cursor (10) que desliza sobre a haste (3) permitindo articular ditas lâminas (6) e (7) uma vez que são centradas num rebite (5a) e dotadas de furos (13) oblongos que promovem o movimento através do rebite (5).
