Abstract
É proporcionado um sistema de apoio de ar para um corrimão de um transportador de passageiros e inclui um repletor de ar. Uma fonte de ar propicia fluxo de ar para o repletor de ar. Um guia é montado em um seu lado ao repletor de ar. O guia inclui pelo menos uma bolsa de ar. Um corrimão é engatado deslizavelmente com o guia. Um orifício através do guia permite que o ar passe a partir do espaço encerrado para a bolsa de ar. O ar na bolsa gera pressão e força ascencional ao corrimão à medida que o mesmo é acionado para diminuir a atrito entre o corrimão e o guia e para sustentar o corrimão acima do guia.
