Abstract

A presente invenção se refere a novos compostos benzimidazolil, bem como ao processo para sua preparação, a composições herbicidas e a um método de controle de crescimento de ervas daninhas. Os compostos benzimidazolil, segundo a presente invenção, apresentam fórmula geral (I): (vide fórmula) onde Y representa um grupamento alquila, alquenila, alquinila ou cicloalquila; ou um grupamento -OR, -SR, -SO2R3, halogênio, O-arila, ciano, -NR4R5, arila ou aralquila ou nitro; R2 representa um grupamento -OH, -NR7NR8 ou -XM; representa -SO2B; Y1 representa um grupamento alquila, alquelina, alquinila, opcionalmente substituído ou um grupamento tal como -SR, -OR, -OR1A, halogênio, arila, aralquila, O-arila ou -NR7R8; n é zero ou um número inteiro de 1 a 3; m representa um número inteiro de 1 a 4; R representa um grupamento alquila ou cicloalquila opcionalmente substituído; R12 representa um grupamento alquenila ou alquinila opcionalmente substituído; R7 e R8 representam, independentemente, um grupamento tal como hidrogênio, R, arila ou aralquila; X representa oxigênio ou enxofre; M representa um grupamento alquila, opcionalmente substituído, ou um grupamento cicloalquila, ou arila, aralquila, alquenila, alquinila ou imina, opcionalmente substituído; B representa um grupamento alquila, opcionalmente substituído, um grupamento cicloalquila, arila ou aralquila ou -NR7R8, opcionalmente substituído.
