Abstract
Um novo método é mostrado onde grampos são fechados com menores alturas de modo que virtualmente uma hemóstase total é possível. Ainda, as pernas dos grampos em fileiras alternadas no grampeador cirúrgico são dispostas de modo a intertravarem de modo que durante o fechamento, a hemóstase é efetuada pelo intertravamento das pernas dos grampos.
