Para ajuste das posições relativas das diversas "integes", um simples dispositivo de ajuste (18; 18) é fornecido, e que é efetivo para posicionar as seções dianteiras (10; 110) e ao mesmo tempo, e proporcionalmente, para ajustar as posições das extensões (116). São fornecidos recursos para ajuste independente das extensões (16; 116), e também a proporção mencionada acima pode variar, conforme desejado, por um ajuste relativamente simples (36; 72, 100).
