Abstract
O objetivo deste relatório é deixar claro os pontos fundamentais da máquina cuja patente está sendo requerida. Este sistema é inédito e transforma a energia estática dos ímãs em energia dinâmica permanente através de um artifício mecânico constando este artifício de dois ou mais rotores magnéticos girando em perfeito sincronismo dando um rendimento sempre superior à energia aplicada, que cria o sincronismo. Todos os direitos da patente serão divididos e pertencentes em cotas iguais aos pesquisadores.
