Abstract
O dispositivo é um palete conforme poderia ser usado para suportar carga durante o transporte ou armazenamento daquela carga. O palete é construído de papel. A construção do palete envolve uma plataforma ou coberta central (402) construída de um enchimento em colméia delimitado sobre as superfícies superior e inferior por folhas de papelão ondulado (404, 408). Para aumentar a resistência à torção e flexão da plataforma central, as folhas de papelão ondulado são posicionadas de modo que as ondulações não sejam paralelas. Além disso, as folhas de papelão ondulado podem ser reviradas sobre as bordas (410, 412, 414) do núcleo em colméia e fixadas ao lado oposto. Deslizadores ou pernas (406) podem ser incluídos para suportar a plataforma central.
