Abstract
Um cortador de grama motorizado (10) tem uma fonte de energia elétrica sem cabos definida por uma bateria recarregável (22, 24) e um painel solar (60, 62). A bateria recarregável (22, 24) é conectada a um motor (20) de corrente contínua para acionar a lâmina (14) do cortador de grama e um sistema de acionamento (16) para o cortador de grama motorizado. O painel solar (60, 62) supre a bateria recarregável (22, 24) com tensão e corrente adicionais para auxiliar a bateria (22, 24) a manter seu nível de operação funcional.
