Abstract

Patente de Invenção de uma lavadora automática de vegetais, compreende uma máquina eletromecânica destinada a lavar e desinfetar vegetais (verduras, frutas e legumes) utilizando para isto um tanque onde se aloja um cesto (4) que realiza movimentos periódicos - circulares transmitidos pelo motor (6). O tanque recebe água na qual são adicionadas substâncias desinfetantes através do dosador (3). Durante o ciclo de lavagem o volume do tanque é submetido à freqúêcias adequadas de ultra-som geradas pela unidade (7), para a remoção de impurezas da superfície dos vegetais. O controle de movimentos, níveis e tempo é realizado pela unidade(9).
