Abstract

"BOBINA ELÉTRICA E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA BOBINA ELÉTRICA", dita bobina compreendendo um par de terminais elétricos (27) coestampados com um flange (18) do carretel (12), os quais estão flanqueados na mesma direção. O flange (18) é provido de dois entalhes (33, 34) adjacentes ao terminal de saída (27) para permitir a inversão da extremidade de saída (32) do enrolamento (13) e bloquear as espiras (14) bobinadas sobre o núcleo (16) do carretel (12). O flange 18 é também provido de meios (39, 41) adjacentes ao terminal de entrada (27) para permitir à extremidade de entrada (31) do enrolamento (13) uma orientação gradual do terminal (27) ao núcleo (16).
