Abstract

O invento tem por objeto novos heparosanos-N,O-sulfatados constituídos por cadeias ou por uma mistura de cadeias de massa molecular relativa entre 1500 e 15.000, caracterizadas por uma estrutura dissacarídica repetida de fórmula I: (Vide Fórmula) na qual - E representa, em 0 a 80% das unidades dissacarídicas do referido heparosano-N,O-sulfatado, um grupo acetilo e, nas unidades dissacarídicas restantes, um grupo sulfato e, facultativamente, um átomo de hidrogênio; - G representa um átomo de hodrogênio e um grupo sulfato, e os sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos referidos heparosanos-N,O-sulfatados.
