Capacitor compreendendo uma multiplicidade de partículas metálicas em forma de agulha, dispersadas em uma película de resina sintética e orientadas de modo que seus eixos estejam posicionados paralelamente à superfície da película, e um eletrodo instalado em cada superfície oposta da película de resina sintética, as partículas metálicas possuindo um diâmetro de até 0,1 m m comprimento 5 a 10 vezes o diâmetro e uma área de superfície específica de 30 a 100 m^ 2^/g e estando recobertas com um óxido dielétrico sobre sua superfície.
