O referido conceito, consiste em articular os movimentos dos braços e tórax. É um aparelho que tem como característica um eixo com guidão, o guidão é a chave de funcionamento do aparelho. Existe um par de molas dentro do aparelho. Essas molas são ligadas nos extremos do meio disco com a parte de trás (dentro) do aparelho. Tampas, existe em número de duas, feitas para dar manutenção técnica às molas que com o tempo podem ser trocadas. A concepção do aparelho é simples, para seu funcionamento mecânico, a pessoa sobe em cima e com as mãos faz-se os movimentos de vai e vem.
