Abstract
Patente de Invenção de um implante aloplástico em forma de parafuso cilíndrico auto-rosqueante com rosca para expansão alveolar, constando de parafuso bicortical, expansor alveolar, intermediário e encaixe protético com parafuso de fixação. O parafuso bicortical obtem maior firmeza com o uso de um expansor alveolar melhorando a integração óssea, permitindo a utilização de uma peça intermediária para melhor, integração gangival e de um encaixe protético com parafuso de fixação que pode ser retirado para higienização da região do implante.
