Abstract

O referido sistema, em linhas gerais, consta de um molde interno (3) o qual fixa a serpentina (4), um molde externo (5) que aloja o sistema refrigerativo (6). Com os dois moldes acoplados, teremos um espaço vazio (8), que preenchido com espuma rígida de poliuretano ou similar, forma exatamente o corpo do congelador. O produto aplicado adere a serpentina e a estrutura do sistema refrigerativo, menos aos moldes. Retirados os moldes teremos uma máquina compacta e pronta, já com acabamento.
