Patente de Invenção de uma panela de semipressão para cozer alimentos, com razoável rapidez e máxima segurança contra explosões, constituída por um vaso central, sua tampa com a forma de vaso emborcado, e um sistema de fechamento sob pressão de mola, que faculta a saída dos excessos pressionais, sendo que a aba ou prolongamento vertical da tampa, configura um coletor térmico, que aumenta a superfície de aquecimento do vaso central.
