Para que alguém que disque o número 145 do Teleamizade, não possa conseguir durante o horário programado das 08:00/hs até às 21:29 hs do mesmo dia. Isto nos dias úteis e sábado e liberar este serviço 145 do teleamizade das 21:30 hs até 08:00 hs do outro dia. Mais nos domingos e feriados o serviço de teleamizade é direto os horários livre, para que os assinantes da Central Telefônica possa utilizar.
