Refere-se a presente invenção a um conjunto portátil de primeiros socorros, particularmente utilizável no atendimento de traumatismos, que engloba diversos imobilizadores específicos para as diversas partes do corpo humano, assim como uma pluralidade de materiais de curativo, tais como ataduras, gaze, e outros. O conjunto portátil de primeiros socorros da presente invenção é caracterizado por compreender um invólucro (1) tendo uma face (7) dotada de uma pluralidade de dispositivos de retenção (8), e um compartimento (6) adequado para abrigar uma pluralidade de imobilizadores ortopédicos.
