Abstract
Um material de revestimento retardante de fogo inclui um material intumescente fluido e partículas condutivas de vários tamanhos dispersas ou suspensas no mesmo para aplicações particulares. O material intumescente fluido inclui um agente de espumamento, uma fonte de gás como agente de sopramento, um agente de carbonização ou carbonífico, um ligante de formação de filme, um solvente e, em alguns casos, um pigmento ou carga. As partículas condutivas são formadas de substrato e um revestimento condutivo.
