Abstract

É descrita uma válvula para sistemas de distribuição de fluidos que possui um obturador esférico (1), uma haste de controle (4), anéis de vedação (5, 6) e buchas de acoplamento (2, 3) incluídos num invólucro (8) de material plástico. Ditos membros da válvula são mantidos em posição e forçados um contra o outro por dito invólucro (8) com uma pressão predeterminada para garantir a vedação sem emperrar os movimentos do obturador (1). Para fabricar a válvula, os membros da válvula são colocados em um molde de uma injetora e o material plástico é então injetado no molde. Após a cura, o material plástico forma o invólucro (8) da válvula.
