Abstract
Processo para modificar superfícies de substratos caracterizado por adsorver, sobre a superfície de um substrato sólido uma poliamina de alto peso molecular e reticular esta com crotonaldeído, quer simultaneamente quer pela adição em estágios separados, para produzir grupos amínicos sobre superfície do substrato, e, opcionalmente, adsorver uma ou diversas camadas alternadas de um polissacarídeo aniônico e da dita poliamina que está sendo reticulada com crotonaldeído, e, opcionalmente, finalmente, adsorção da dita poliamina não reticulada, para produzir grupos amino primários livres, com o que as entidades químicas que têm atividade biológica podem ser unidas por união covalente ou iônica.
