Abstract
METODO PARA TRATAR UMA FORMAÇÃO SUB TERRANEA AGENTE DE ESCORAMENTO, E, FLUIDO DE TRATAMENTO. Artigos e métodos utilizando materiais suscetíveis à radiação são fornecidos aqui. Em um aspecto, um agente de escoramento, um fluido de tratamento, ou ambos, podem compreender um material suscetível à radiação. Em outro aspecto, um método é fornecido compreendendo dispor em uma fratura da formação, um agente de escoramento e/ou um fluido de tratamento que compreendem um material suscetível à radiação, irradiar o material suscetível à radiação com néutrons, medir a radiação gama emitida do material suscetível à radiação em uma passagem única, e determinar a altura da fratura da formação a partir da radiação gama medida. A passagem única pode ser um processo contínuo ou um processo periódico.
