Abstract
MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR A GEOMETRIA DE FRATURA EM FORMAÇÕES SUBTERRÂNEAS, MATERIAL DE ESCORA, E, FLUÍDO DE FRATURA. É aqui apresentado um método compreendendo a disposição em uma fratura de formação, um material de escora e/ou um fluído de fratura compreende um material suscetível à radiação com nêutrons; medindo a vanádio; irradiando o material suscetível à radiação com nêutrons; medindo a radiação gama emitida a partir do material suscetível à radiação em uma passagem única; em que a passagem única não envolve a medição de radiação de fundo das passagens cronológicas anteriores ou subsequentes; e determinando a altura da fratura de formação a partir da radiação gama medida.
