Abstract
MÓDULO ELETRÔNICO DESTINADO A SER EMBARCADO EM UM VEÍCULO.Um módulo eletrônico (10), destinado a ser embarcado em um veículo, compreende um caráter(11) que contém pelo menos duas placas eletrônicas (12, 13) ligadas entre si por pelo menos um condutor elétrico (14), o condutor tendo uma de suas extremidades soldada em urna das placas eletrônicas e a outra de suas extremidades soldada na outra placa eletrônica,as extremidades do condutor sendo soldadas pela técnica da soldagem em bisel ou "wedge bonding", o cárter conteúdo por outro lado uma resina de proteção (17) que reveste pelo menos uma das extremidades soldadas do condutor elétrico. Essa resina é uma resina de poliuretano.
