PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE EIXO EXPANSIVO PNEUMÁTICO E EIXO EXPANSIVO PNEUMÁTICO RESULTANTE, mais particularmente trata-se de processo de obtenção (P) de eixo expansivo pneumático (1), do tipo pertencente ao campo das peças utilizadas por máquinas bobinadeiras/rebobinadeiras; dito eixo expansível pneumático (1) compreende corpo cilíndrico (3) com rebaixo anelar (2) preenchido com capa flexível móvel (7), cuja seção preenche toda a área definida pela seção do rebaixo que inclui o setor (2a) e o setor (2b); entre a capa flexível (7) e a superfície do anelar (2) é prevista uma câmara estanque (8); o corpo cilíndrico (3) inclui uma válvula de ar (5) comunicante com canais (3b)/(3c)/(3d) e comunicante com a câmara estanque (8)
