PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE BETA-GLUCANASES MICROBIANAS UTILIZANDO-SE BIOMASSA MICELIAL DE BOTRYOSPHAENA SPP. COMO FONTE DE BETA-GLUCANA. A presente invenção tem por objetivo o processo de produção de beta-glucanase por micro-organismos (bactérias, fungos leveduriformes e filamentosos), por fermentação submersa ou em estado sólido, utilizando-se biomassa micelial de espécies de Botiyosphaeria e de sua forma assexuada como fonte de beta-glucana.
