Abstract
SUPLEMENTO ENERGÉTlCO FUNCIONAL, COMPOSIÇÃO E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de preparação e composição de um suplemento energético funcional enriquecido com uma fonte de antioxidantes, aminoácidos e carboidratos em base de suco clarificado cítrico orgânico. Tal suplemento consiste de componentes naturais e orgânicos contendo atividade antioxidante comprovada in vitro e in vivo, fato emblemático sobre o estado da técnica e para as indústrias de bebidas energéticas. A presente invenção descreve, também, o uso do suplemento energético para a diminuição de estresse muscular e oxidativo em indivíduos treinados.
