PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE BIOSILICATO VIA REAÇAO NO ESTADO SÓLIDO É descrito um processo de preparação de e Biosilicato® via reação no estado sólido que compreende submeter a mistura de matérias primas homogeneizada a tratamento térmico oxidante à taxa de aquecimento entre 5 e 15 0C min' até temperaturas finais entre 700 0C e 1200 0C seguido de isoterma à temperatura final entre 300 e 1000 minutos, obtendo pós aglomerados que são desaglomerados manualmente e/ou submetidos a moagem a seco ou a úmido com solventes orgânicos, seguido de secagem, desaglomeração e recuperação do produto final Biosilicato® pronto para uso.
