Abstract
PISO ESCALONADO PARA CALDEIRAS DE COMBUSTÍVEL SÓLIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um projeto e um método de operação para o piso de caldeiras de combustível sólido. A região de combustão inclui um piso escalonado que melhora a combustão na fornalha inferior. Em algumas concretizações, o combustível é movido entre os degraus do piso por um gás, ao invés do que por dispositivos mecânicos, e o combustível é movido a partir de um degrau superior para um degrau inferior à medida que ele é queimado. Em algumas concretizações, os degraus são degraus fixos possuindo uma camada de um material refratário.
