Abstract
MÃTODO DE OBTENÃÃO E PRODUÃÃO MACIÃA DE UMA ESPÃCIE DE CIANOBACTÃRIA ISOLADA PRODUTORA DE FICOTOXINAS PARALISANTES. A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método de obtenção e produção maciça de uma espécie de cianobactéria isolada, produtora de ficotoxinas paralisantes que inclui os passos de inocular filamentos de cianobactéria em meio de cultivo MLA complementado com arginina, metionina e ácido alantóico; cultivar a cianobactéria; reunir um volume de meio de cultivo fresco; manter o cultivo de forma contÃnua; centrifugar o meio com as cianobactérias.
