Abstract
MÃTODO PARA TRATAMENTO AROMATIZANTE DE GÃNERO ALIMETÃCIO FORNECIDO EM UM PACOTE.à revelado um método para tratamento aromatizante de um produto alimentÃcio (3) fornecido em um pacote (1), no qual um gás protetor (5), especialmente dióxido de carbono, nitrogênio, gás inerte ou misturas dos mesmos, é introduzido no espeço livre (4) do pacote aberto (1) juntamentecom um fluido (7) que compreende pelo menos um agente aromatizante antes de o pacote (1) ser fechado de uma forma hermética a gás. A fim de fornecer condições melhoradas para o método, é proposto adicionar um antioxidante ao fluido (7), que em particular compreende água como constituinte principal.
