Perda da prioridade CH CH00916/09 de 12/06/2009 reivindicada no PCT/EP2010/058113, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 7°, item 28 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 29 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013. Esta perda deu-se pelo fato do depositante constante da petição de requerimento do pedido PCT ser distinto daquele que depositou a prioridade reivindicada e não apresentou documento comprobatório de cessão conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 6°, item 27 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 28 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013.
