A presente invenção se refere a produtos na forma de granulados compostos por grânulos com formato substancialmente cilíndrico, prismático ou vermicular, preparados por extrusão a frio de massa úmida substancialmente isenta excipientes sólidos insolúveis ou pouco solúveis em água, formada por misturas de ácidos policarboxílicos sólidos altamente solúveis em água e líquido granulante, bem como a processos de produção e a usos de tais produtos.
