O revestimento resistente a risco é exposto a condições de oxidação (p. ex., ozônio ou luz ultravioleta) que modificam a quÃmica da superfÃcie do revestimento para aumentar a adesão para revestimentos de pelÃcula fina inorgânica, tais como revestimentos antirreflexivos.
