Abstract
MATERIAL COMPÃSITO PARA PRODUTOS DE AJUSTE CUSTOMIZADOS. Trata-se de um material compósito 10 para formar produtos ortopédicos e outros ajustados por customização. O material compósito é facilmente moldável quando aquecido a temperaturas de cerca de noventa e trés graus Celsius (duzentos graus Fahrenheit) por um tempo de pelo menos seis até oito minutos, e depois fica rÃgido em temperaturas de cerca de cinquenta e quatro graus Celsius (cento e trinta graus Fahrenheit). O material compósito pode ser costurado e constituÃdo em formatos complexos, quando inicialmente aquecido para cerca de noventa e trés graus Celsius (duzentos graus Fahrenheit). Fixadores de fechamento 60 podem ser fixados ao material compósito, de acordo com a 15 necessidade, no local em vez de na fabricação. O material compósito pode ser ajustado por customização para um paciente no local.
