Abstract
"COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA PARA TRATAMENTO DE EFEITOS COLATERAIS POR ADMINISTRAÃÃO DE SPIEGELMERSÂ. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de uma L-ribozima, a qual é habilitada para a dissociação de um L-RNA na região de uma sequênciaalvo do L-RNA, para preparação de uma composição farmacêutica para tratamento de efeitos colaterais fisiológicas indesejáveis com base no fornecimento de uma molécula terapêutica que contém o L-RNA. Com a L-ribozima entretanto um RNA-alvo endógeno também pode ser alternativamente dissociado.
