COMPOSIÃÃES COMBINADAS COM ALGAS PARA ARTIGOS TERMOPLÃSTICOS A presente invenção descreve uma composição de material termoplástico contendo certos componentes biodegradáveis e renováveis. A composição termoplástica, que inclui pelo menos um tipo de algas ou uma combinação de pelo menos um tipo de algas e um polÃmero vegetal, uma combinação de algas e/ou polÃmeros com base vegetal, tais como proteÃnas e amidos, como matéria-prima de custo relativamente baixo. As algas ou combinação podem ser plastificadas. Adicionalmente, um método adaptado para fabricação em grande escala de fibras, filmes ou artigos extrudados é também descrito.
