DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUTOR DE ENERGIA E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo semicondutor de ariergia que inclui um substrato, um, padrão de circuito de elemento formado sobre o substrato e fabricado de Cu coberto com uma camada de revesti- nento de Ni-P sem eletricidade, e um elemento semicondutor de energia igado ao padrão de circuito de elemento por uma solda, onde a solda é uma liga de Sn, Sb e Cu, e a porcentagem em peso de Cu está na faixa de 0,5 a 1%, inclusive.
