Abstract

CEPA ATENUADA DE BRUCELLA SP, COMPOSIÇÃO VACINAL E USO. A presente invenção descreve uma cepa atenuada de Brucelia ovis, caracterizada por compreender mutação do gene que codifica para o transportador ABC (TMS3) e seu uso como vacina viva contra brucelose. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção trata da construção por mutagênese dirigida de uma cepa mutante de Brucelia ovis (TMS3) através da deleção de duas ORFs (open reading frame), BOVA0500 e BOVA0501(GenBank), que codificam para proteínas que compõem um sistema transportador do tipo ABC.
