PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE BOLINHO DE FEIJÃO INSTANTÂNEO. O presente processo visa agilizar a fabricação de bolinhos de feijão através da moagem do feijão sem casca, misturando-se condimentos e levando-os ao misturador e, em seguida, a farinha produzida ao freezer por 24 horas. Tal processo permitirá a comercialização do produto sem a necessidade de refrigeração e, ainda, permitirá seu preparo sem a necessidade de batedeiras ou aparelhos eletrodomésticos, pois bastará o acréscimo de água à farinha misturando-a até formar uma massa homogênea que se obtém a massa de bolinho para ser fritada.
