Abstract
PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO E ATIVIDADE CICATRIZANTE DE UM FILME BIOATIVO DE COLÁGENO CONTENDO ÁCIDO ÚSNICO. A presente invenção trata da obtenção de um filme bioativo de colágeno contendo de 0,01% a 3% de ácido úsnico com propriedades cicatrizantes para feridas cutâneas provocadas por queimaduras de qualquer grau. Apresenta-se como um dispositivo de liberação controlada de ácido úsnico contido no filme, o que possibilita regular e otimizar a duração da ação terapêutica e o desempenho farmacológico do agente, e ainda, reduzir possível toxicidade e efeitos colaterais indesejáveis proporcionando vantagens terapêuticas e econômicas.
