Abstract
CONECTOR E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um conector que inclui um alojamento (10) de resina sintética; encaixes de metal de terminal (30) tendo uma projeção delgada (31) atravessando o alojamento (10); e um elemento de vedação (40) que circunda a periferia externa total dos encaixes de metal de terminal (30). A projeção (31) é para ser conectada a um terminal fêmea (50) conectado a um fio elétrico (52). O elemento de vedação (40) é moldado por meio de uma técnica de moldagem de três cores de carregar e solidificar o material de borracha em um estado fluido, e tem força de restauração elástica e força adesiva para um material de resina sintética e um material metálico.
