Abstract

COMPOSTOS CROMENO, UM PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO E COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS QUE OS CONTÊM. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I): em que R1 e R2 juntos formam a cadeia contendo carbono a seguir: em que: R~3~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila, R~4~ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila, arila, heteroarila, 3,4-dioxociclobutenila, alquilcarbonila, cicloalquilcarbonila, heterocicloalquilcarbonila, benzoila, arilsulfonila ou heteroarilsuífonila, sendo cada um desses grupos opcionalmente substituído, ou R~3~ e R~4~ junto como átomo de nitrogênio que os carrega formam um anel de 5 a 8 membros, o anel assim formado sendo opcionalmente substituído.
