Para a estocagem de suco de frutas, sucos de legumes e extratos vegetais, que exigem conservação contra a ação de leveduras e bactérias que possam degradar ou descaracterizar os produtos; sendo essa estocagem realizada em tanques de alta capacidade, dispensando o uso de conservantes e realizando em temperatura elevada.
