A invenção que ora se apresenta diz respeito a um processo de aproveitamento integral de Polpa Citrica Peletizada e resíduos de frutas cítricas, notadamente cascas de laranjas originadas do processamento de sucos, para a obtenção de produtos com alto valor agregado, utilizando um método inovador de extração, tratamento e purificação desses compostos, bem como a reconstituição da polpa para uso em rações.
