DISPOSITIVO ELETRÔNICO LUMINESCENTE PARA BRINDES E SOUVENIRES. Formado por um elemento mecânico em formato de minúsculo telescópio, binóculo monóculo ou similar e um circuito interno formado por um tipo de chip contador e elementosluminescentes como ledes ou similares que provoca, ao ser acionado, efeitos luminescentes diversos mediante a pressão de um botão aparente em seu exterior produzindo sensações de céu estrelado ou semelhante a fractais ou ate galáxias em movimento dependendo da imaginação de quem o observa internamente e que dependendo da programação aplicada ao circuito poderá presentar efeitos estáticos ou dinâmicos das luzes geradas em interior.
