A presente invenção fornece uma composição farmacêutica, para aplicação tópica, útil na administração de hormônios sexuais para o tratamento de hipogonadismo feminino. A composição da presente invenção apresenta uma formulação eficaz na liberação adequada de hormônios sexuais, mediante hidratação da pele no local de aplicação, promovendo a liberação de hormônios e evitando o ressecamento dos locais de aplicação.
