DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM CALHA PARA CONDUZIR E POSICIONAR CARCAÇA ANIMAL Trata-se de uma disposição em calha utilizada para conduzir e posicionar carcaças animais em frigoríficos e matadouros, agilizando o processo de industrialização da carne e oferecendo melhores condições ergonômicas aos operadores. A nova disposição em calha é constituída basicamente de duas chapas de fixação (1), carenagem (2), flange de fixação (3), dreno (4), parte fixa do virador (6), conjunto móvel do virador (8), saída para esgoto (11), gomos (13) e flange para fixação na saída (14).
