Abstract
AQUECEDOR DE COZIMENTO POR INDUÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR O MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aquecedor de cozimento por indução, tendo pelo menos um indutor e barras de ferrita, como concentradores de campo magnético, localizadas abaixo do indutor, compreende um circuito de detecção associado às barras de ferrita e adaptado para monitorar pelo menos um parâmetro elétrico do dito circuito de detecção a fim de impedir as barras de ferrita de atingir a temperatura do ponto de Curie.
